Portugal has undergone enormous changes over the last two decades, posting one of the most impressive growth records in the European Union. This dynamic environment is reflected in our Lisbon office, as well. Part of McKinsey’s Iberia office complex with Madrid and Barcelona, the Lisbon office goes out of its way to make everyone welcome.
Every other week, our business analysts get together with other consultants to learn from them, ask questions, and get to know each other. On our retreats, we have visited Sardegna, Tenerife, and Algarve, where we come together for discussions and some rest and relaxation, whether on the beach, on jet skis, or parasailing.
Unique to the Lisbon office is our annual cart race, where our consultants tap their inner Mario Andretti.
