The Helsinki office has a family-like atmosphere. Consultants and support staff colleagues have lunch together every day. Colleagues also get together on Friday afternoons over snacks, drinks, and conversation at an event known as “Marvin’s Bar,” named after the founding figure of McKinsey. “Marvin’s” frequently leads to a spontaneous outing to the night clubs in Helsinki.
The office is located in the heart of Helsinki, just a ten-minute walk to the harbor. Annual celebrations include a crayfish party and a black-tie Christmas celebration. Recent office events have included retreat trips to Lappland, Italy, and Slovenia.
