McKinsey’s Caracas office has terrific views of the city, and is close to delicious restaurants—where we like to have team meals or informal get-togethers. Our office is also close to some great hiking in the Avila mountains just outside the city.
Each month we have happy hours to have a chance to meet new friends and re-establish old friendships. We also have an office lunch to hear about new initiatives in the firm and the state of our office. And we like to get together for informal breakfasts as well.
As part of the Andean Pact of McKinsey offices, consultants work in challenging studies with tangible and significant impact—meeting and working closely with CEOs. They are also exposed to different sectors and industries, particularly to those financial institutions and telcos with whom the Andean Pact has developed solid relationships.
