Each month we have happy hours to have a chance to meet new friends and re-establish old friendships. We also have an office lunch to hear about new initiatives in the firm and the state of our office. And we like to get together for informal breakfasts, as well.
As part of the Andean Pact of McKinsey offices, consultants work in challenging studies with tangible and significant impact—meeting and working closely with CEOs. They are also exposed to different sectors and industries, particularly to those financial institutions and telcos with whom the Andean Pact has developed solid relationships.
