One of McKinsey's smaller offices, our Barcelona location is popular for its urban seaside environment. We are near the Olympic area, with trendy bars and restaurants than line the Mediterranean shore. The city also prides itself on our mix of modern and traditional, making Barcelona attractive to a thriving artistic community.
With the rest of the Iberian office complex (Madrid and Lisbon), we go on off-site retreats to get to know each other better, talk about where we want our office to be going forward, and have some fun. Most recently we went to Algarve, in Portugal.
