Yael Taqqu is a partner in McKinsey’s High Tech, Media and Telecom Practice, with a focus on digital media and marketing. Yael serves many leading B2C brands on topics of digital marketing and product-portfolio growth. Her clients span brand and direct marketers, internet publishers and aggregators, magazine and newspapers, agencies, and measurement companies.
Yael advises her clients on marketing topics including digital-customer engagement, audience development, digital-customer acquisition, social media and marketing analytics.
Yael graduated summa cum laude from Yale, and received her MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to Yale, she graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music Preparatory Division in classical piano performance. She was the producer of a documentary on HIV, which aired on Showtime and won the Audience Award at the Los Angeles Film Festival.
Yael serves on the board of the Film Society of Lincoln Center.
