How it works
Toward the end of your first year as an associate, you’ll become eligible to undertake back-to-back rotations in two regions outside your own. Each rotation lasts six to nine months.
As a participant, you identify your preferred locations, and program coordinators match your preferences with professional opportunities. For example, if you join the Global Rotation Program as an engagement manager, you might design a program around a particular functional or industry area of interest.
During a rotation, your home and host offices coordinate closely to provide support for your professional development and ensure a smooth return.
