Knut is a leader of McKinsey’s work in manufacturing and supply chain. He advises clients on a variety of topics including supply chain management, digital supply chains and advanced analytics, and supply chain transformations. He is a professor at the University of Karlsruhe, teaching supply chain management. He is also the global dean of the Supply Chain Executive Academy, delivering change that matters through building client capabilities.

Radu is the managing director of Asia Pacific and Europe of Alcott Global and the global head of the Supply Chain & Logistics practice. He has been working on C-level and top management executive search assignments with F500 companies particularly for manufacturing, logistics, transportation, supply chain management, and e-commerce. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and the host of the podcast, “Leaders in Supply Chain.”
