McKinsey Management Program Digital Courses
This series of digital courses is designed to mold high-performing general managers. Courses center around crucial topics such as strategy, problem solving, communication, and team management.
Each course lasts five to eight weeks; the average weekly commitment from participants ranges from 90 to 120 minutes. Clients can choose to participate in the full program (4 core courses) or individual courses. In-person workshops are also available to complement the learning experience.
Because we currently only serve corporate clients, participants must be sponsored by their companies. We recommend a minimum of four participants per company to ensure the optimal learning experience.
