We have the expertise to plug into an organization to provide our clients with "surge capacity" to get things done. But our real value is in building the unique set of capabilities that our clients need to be successful in the digital economy.
Our approach to building client capabilities doesn't stop at "show and tell." We believe in building the solution, operating it side by side with our clients, and then transferring the relevant capabilities so our clients can do it themselves.
In our experience, one of the most important steps is understanding which capabilities a client needs and which ones will have the greatest impact on the business. We have developed two tools to help bring transparency to the process:
- Our Digital Quotient® tool measures an overview of an organization’s digital maturity and identifies which capabilities drive financial performance. DQ™ lets companies clearly identify their digital strengths and weaknesses across different business units and make comparisons against hundreds of organizations around the world.
- Our Digital Capabilities diagnostic provides a deep analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of core digital capabilities. These insights help clients prioritize and sequence the development of the capabilities needed for a successful digital transformation.
We also help change cultures to foster the key traits of successful digital companies: experimentation and collaboration. That includes finding and hiring critical talent to bolster an organization's capabilities.
