Apply as a Business Analyst

What Business Analysts do

As a Business Analyst, you’ll work on client projects as part of a team and take responsibility for your own part of the problem solving. You’ll play a key role in gathering data and contributing to the team’s recommendations, and you will work directly with senior client executives. You will also have a voice in determining the team’s style and pace of work.

No week will be the same: from gathering and analyzing data, to interviewing stakeholders or presenting your findings to clients, the range of industries and business issues to which you’ll be exposed will mean that you’re constantly acquiring new skills and experience. And your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.

In the Business Analyst program, you’ll spend two years developing broad business skills. You will then have different options: gain further work experience for one year in your favorite industry or in a non-profit organization, take an educational leave to obtain your MBA (financially supported by McKinsey), or move directly into a Fellow/Junior Associate role.

Who we look for

We look for exceptional people from a variety of academic fields and professions, including financial services, life sciences, and engineering. We welcome applications from people fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English who have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree, and less than two years of professional experience.
