About Christophe

Christophe is a senior partner in McKinsey's Brussels office, and advises leading European and US clients in the financial-services and technology sectors on business technology, strategy, and organization. He leads our work in Europe on applying lean-manufacturing techniques and performance-management tools to IT applications-development and infrastructure operations.

Among his recent projects, Christophe has helped a major European bank design and implement a large-scale transformation program for its trading and sales activities across Europe, the United States, and Asia; advised an IT services provider on defining its cloud strategy and evaluating a partnership with a telecom company; advised a financial institution on the development and execution of a performance-improvement program for IT and operations in five processing centers in Europe, the United States and Asia; and assisted an insurance company with due diligence on two acquisition targets. Christophe also supports clients in Europe and the United States with change programs to improve performance and advance management practices.

Before joining McKinsey, Christophe spent 5 years with a multinational consulting firm serving banks and life insurers on IT strategy, operations, organization, information systems design, and implementation.

Christophe has a degree in finance and corporate management from the University of Geneva and a master's degree in engineering from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne.
