Since joining McKinsey, Whit has worked with leading financial institutions and insurers to improve their marketing sales effectiveness through more insightful consumer outreach.
His recent engagements include working with a US property and casualty insurer to rebrand and develop segmented value propositions. For a major US telecom provider, he assisted in reallocating marketing spend based on the customer decision journey and designed a client-acquisition growth strategy for a multiline financial institution.
