About Darren
Darren is a leader in the firm's North American Marketing & Sales Practice and the High Tech, Media, and Telecom Practices. He is also co-leader of our global Small- and Medium-sized Business (SMB) Initiative and a frequent speaker at Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Sales (and Channel) Officer, and Small/Medium Business forums. He specializes in helping senior executives understand the challenges and implications of the intersection of CRM and big data, which will become the key basis for competition, underpinning new waves of productivity, growth, and innovation across all industries.
Darren’s career spans a diverse set of industries, including technology, telecom, retail, and financial services. His experience planning and implementing go-to-market strategy and information-based marketing helps him understand the unique nature of each client’s challenges. He helps clients target the purchasing decision makers for their products and services and improve their overall customer interactions from initial contact to fulfillment.
Darren serves on the board of the Hiller Aviation Museum in San Carlos, California and also serves as an advisor to the board of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
